When you’re looking for the correct Dodge Charger lug pattern, keep the following specs in mind:

  • Model years 1982-1987 have a Dodge Charger lug pattern of 4×3.94″ (4x100mm).

Center Bore and Lug Nuts for a Dodge Charger

Your Dodge Charger lug pattern is vital for understanding the type of wheels to purchase for your Charger. However, additional information can help Ozark and Nixa drivers gain a better understanding of vehicle maintenance:

1966-1978 Dodge Charger

These model years, the Dodge Charger bolt pattern is 5×4.5″ (5×114.3mm), and the center bore is 71.6 mm, and there are five lug nuts with 1/2″ – 20 UNF thread size.

1982-1987 Dodge Charger

The lug pattern for these Dodge Charger model years is 4×3.94″ (4x100mm). The center bore is 57.1 mm with four lug nuts that have a thread size of M12 x 1.5 and must be tightened with at least 95 lb-ft of torque.

2005-Present Dodge Charger

The center bore with this generation is 71.6 mm with five lug wheels. The thread size for these wheels is M14 x 1.5 and must be tightened with 130 lb-ft of torque. The bolt pattern is 5×4.53” or 5x115mm.

Dodge Charger Bolt Pattern: Tightening Your Lugs

Your Dodge Charger lug pattern will vary depending on several factors – mostly the model year. Nixa drivers that have vehicles with 5 bolts should tighten them in a star shape. Only tighten them halfway your first time around. Repeat in the same pattern and tighten them the rest of the way. If you have four lugs, begin on one side, go straight across, then one to the left, and finish by crossing over the final lug.
