Very disappointed. Paid to have oil change, tires rotated on my RAM VAN RV, when got the van back the low air pressure light on the dash was ON. I asked Ryan if air in the tires were checked and he said yes just drive and the light will go out. I drove it home approx 50 miles, it didn't go out. I then checked the air pressure, the rear is at 55 should be 80psi, the frt tires are at 65psi which was what the rear tires were when I brought it in. Please explain. Thank you. Cole is defenitly the service advisor to have, but they all do a great job over there from new vehicles to continued service with maintenance.

Every thing about our transaction went smoothly. The vehicle was used but it had been serviced and cleaned to perfection. The only issue was they added a pulse brake and data dots without asking and added the cost to Accessories. When I discovered these changes they removed the cost of the data dots but not the pulse brake. They did let me know how to disconnect the pulse.
Took jeep in because cruise control went out on my trip down from So Dakota. Showed rep a copy of $3K worth of work i had done the week before at another jeep dealer. Rep called to say it would cost $4K to fix cruise control. No thanks. Picked up my car and I had a $180 charge for a multipoint inspection. I asked why when I just had it done 4 days earlier at the other jeep dealership. I was told it was done for my protection. xx. It is done to line you pockets.
John is great to work with service center. He always lets us know as soon as our vehicle service is complete, and is always Pleasant
First time visiting dealership and it was a good experience working with our salesman. Great attitude and listen to my questions. Finance gentleman was also very helpful and professional. No hard pressure sales just friendly personal.. Would use them again when looking for another vehicle.

I feel that Corwin really helped my brother out. We were in a bind and needed a vechile. He had just got out of a bankruptcy so his options were limited. Chris tried his best and we walked away vechile. While it wasn't the ideal situation - it still was possible which is a very big deal! Thank you to Chris for all the help! Even after purchasing the vechile they helped replace a part that was broke and helped get the smell out of the vechile. Great service.

Had a very personable nice salesman. And Corwin has a new Ozarkian dealership complete with a cave, deer. Raccoons, snakes(not alive) and a waterfall. Kids would be entertained while you work out the deal.Corwin has good snacks, too.
They had the car that I was interested in ready for me to test when I arrived. Sales process was organized and we were able to get to a price quickly. The finance situation was the quickest I've ever experienced in purchasing a car in my 51 years. The time I got to the aftermarket desk all the paperwork is ready and just needed my signature And I was good to go. Less than 2 1/2 hours total!

Corwin service department helps me keep my vehicle performing well
I have been pleased with most of the work.I was a little disappointed that I spent over 1000 dollars for new tires this week,when they removed the wheel weights they didn't clean the rims from the old weights.Also,I had some work done a few weeks ago which cost a considerable amount and you guys couldn't even do a carwash.It was close to 500 dollars.I would think you could give coupon at a carwash for customers who spend over a certain amount,because you don't have a carwash?

I spent the last few weeks car shopping but popped in to Corwin on a whim to look at a Jeep and ended up buying it. Was a great, no hassle experience, everyone was very nice and I worked with Landon (Buehler) as my sales guy and he was delightful! The man in finance was also lovely (blanking on his name) and it was a painless, 20 minute finance experience. The last time I bought a truck we spent hours in the finance office and it was awful. Very happy with my experience and purchase, thank you for making it enjoyable.

So far not impressed. Bought a used vehicle there 2/28. Only drove it 230 miles. Has been in the shop 2 times (9 days a his time around). Had to beg after 7 days for a loaner. Internal communications within the company appear chaotic.

I got checked in was asked if I need a tire rotation and said no they told me last time I needed tires. The guy said great we have a special buy 3 and get one for a penny. We can get you a quote I said cool. Never heard another thing about tires.
We enjoyed the experience, it was hassle free and we left with a beautiful brand new truck.
