I liked how I was notified that it was time for an oil change. Ryan was very nice and professional. Not only did I bring my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation but there were a couple of other issues as well. One was the glove box. Not good Technician sent a video showing two tires good and two bad Upon install and rotate one of the tires was split with radial cord showing ( so it was t good after all) so I needed 4 tires added 2 hours additional: totaling 4.5 hours of wait time As I am driving home the oil change sensor had not been reset and the tires were all different psi

Our car had transmission leak we drove the car less than 70 mile sat in our garage we wanted to return this brand new car. They said it was a one owner car ( we still do not have title we have not registered car. It would cost us 7,000 dollars. Plus they told us when purchased that we could take off side rails that cost us 975 dollars When they did it it revealed hole in body of car. Then they told us there was no replacement trim to cover the holes. Very poor service would not recommend your dealership to anyone

My wife blew up the engine in the car I bought her, when she went to Kentucky with her boyfriend. After it was in the dealership, I found out why the engine was blown up. I didnt have the money to fix it, they worked with me and was very helpful and understanding.

I bought a used Jeep, the door gasket leaked my salesman talked to mechanic and ordered a gasket and it was fixed as soon as it arrivrd.
The techs are great. Top notch. My only qualm is really that the part for my AC was not available. Had to track it down at a salvage yard. Really I see that as a business model thing. I know auto companies make most their money on services, which doesn't provide incentives for improving the quality of the vehicles. The car I bought had no floor mats, it was 2025 Hyundai Tucson Sel. The agreement was I wanted floor mats my trade in came with like new original mats and I purchased a car that was just a year old and spent a significant amount of money in purchasing this!
